WE ONLY OFFER STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. 
Please allow 1-2 business days after your package is received at our Distribution Center for return processing. You will receive a notification when your return has been processed by our Returns Department. Store credit in the form of an E-Gift
Card code will be sent to the email on file once your returnis fully processed.

EXCHANGES:
If you wish to exchange your item for another size, you must return your unwanted item at your expense back to us at the address listed below. To expedite this process we ask that you provide us with the tracking number.  After we receive, inspect and approve your item, we will issue a store credit via E-Gift card. You may then place an order for the desired size using your store credit.
We do not cover your shipping costs back to us.
We are happy to accept your return for any garment that is unworn, unwashed, free of any stains, makeup and fragrance within 14 days of when it was received by you. We allow for one exchange per order number.
 
RETURN POLICY:
Returns will be issued refunds in the form of a digital Gift Card.
Returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached free of any stains, makeup and still fitted with all security ribbons and labels.   
Returns must be received within 14 calendar days of receiving your order (unless otherwise noted at purchase), at our warehouse.   Please contact us prior to shipping merchandise back.
